Here are the steps to follow to join the Widoo network in Belgium:

Collection of essential documents

To become a member, we need the following two items:
  • Your membership documents, i.e., your membership contract and RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données), completed and signed.
  • Your supplier’s trial balance. This is an accounting extraction of your expenses for the previous year. This information will enable us to prioritize the files to be processed at your premises. What’s more, your spending will be aggregated with other members’ volumes, and this information will be passed on to suppliers.

Access to the Widoo platform

Once you have provided the necessary documents, you will have access to the digital platform. Log in with your login details to discover and browse all available framework contracts.

Integration phase

You won’t be alone in your buying or selling plans. From the outset, the team is committed to accompanying you step by step.
To achieve this, Widoo sets up a customized plan and regular meetings with our animation team. These meetings will help you identify opportunities, connect with suppliers and forge strong ties with the community.

The schedule of events and launch of negotiations will be communicated to you regularly. Meetings are also organized with members to define the calls for tender to be issued and the criteria to be considered. The current schedule calls for 4 new calls for tender each month.
