From the birth of an idea to the creation of a collaborative procurement group.
Our history
Widoo was born from the initiative of two entrepreneurs, Antonio Falchi ex-CEO of Eurofoil, and Gabriel Catania, Founder of GC Partner.
Based on their experience, they find that VSEs – SMEs – ETIs are at a disadvantage in their purchases compared to big company groups.
They then decided to create the first collaborative procurement group made up of around fifty independent companies wishing to pool their non-strategic purchases.
In view of the success encountered, it has been decided to offer this innovative concept to all independent SMEs.
The more we are, the stronger we will be to face global competition.
It is the opening to a distribution and promotion network without the cost associated with the acquisition of new customers. Increase the margin by product or service thanks to the specification optimisations and the volume effect.
We select the best suppliers, based on their experience, the quality of their expertise and the confidence they inspire. We support them in the drafting of national and international contracts.
We take into account the needs of members through procurement commissions which aim to draft technical specifications useful for negotiating framework agreements.
We advise members on products and services, we update framework agreements and monitor their use.
We stay close to you, and support you step by step. You benefit from a privileged interlocutor who will assist you at all times in your integration into the network.

After more than 20 years in the service of different industries, I have learned one important thing: it is by working together on a voluntary basis that we can achieve even the impossible. Together we can do a lot more and even better.
It is out of a real conviction that Widoo can help SMEs that I decided to take part into the project as commercial director and co - founder. My goal is to bring together as many SMEs as possible. Because the more they are, the stronger they will be to save money, and the better their purchasing conditions will be. I derive my enthusiasm from the satisfaction of our members.
