SQM (SQUARE METER S.A.) is a company specializing in real estate asset management and consulting in Luxembourg.

SQM is headed by Laurent Cooreman (MRICS), former Director of CBRE Luxembourg, and Véronique Koch, former Head of Investor Leasing at CBRE. Their combined experience in the Luxembourg market since 2003 gives them in-depth expertise in real estate marketing, transactions and strategy.
